Cabrillo Way Marina’s close proximity to Catalina Island (Avalon – 22 miles) offers boaters the opportunity of quick weekend getaways and the vintage ambience has been enjoyed by sailors for many years. Cabrillo’s location near open water offers the shortest route to LA entrance/Angels Gate and the quickest run to Catalina Island. Excellent fishing and diving are only minutes away, and charter boats are readily available. Cabrillo is easy to get to, with excellent access from most freeways in Southern California. The marina is located just two miles from where the I-110 west ends in San Pedro. Cabrillo Way Marina boasts a friendly staff, restrooms and showers, and free parking.
Cabrillo Way Marina is central to many exciting attractions. Cabrillo Beach and the Cabrillo Marine Aquarium are within a mile of the marina. The Los Angeles Maritime Museum and three yacht clubs are also within close proximity. Hungry or want to do a little shopping? Ports O’ Call Village and 22nd Street Landing have everything you’re looking for, from fine shops offering a multitude of goods and services, to restaurants featuring casual seafood to fine dining. Check out the fishing fleet as they unload the day’s catch. Speaking of fish, San Pedro boasts some of the finest charter fishing in Southern California.

LAT: 33.72340 LONG: -118.27704From the 110 (Harbor Freeway): Travel south and take the exit for Terminal Island, Route 47, Vincent Thomas Bridge. Do not take the bridge, before the bridge begins, the Harbor Blvd. exit will be in the right hand lane. Turn right at the bottom of the off-ramp onto Harbor Blvd., and travel south 2 miles. The marina can be found about a half mile beyond the light at 22nd Street, where Harbor Blvd. changes into Miner Street.
From the 710 (Long Beach Freeway): Go past the PCH exit, follow the signs for the Port of Long Beach and the Queen Mary. As you take this route look out for and follow the signs that direct you to Terminal Island, San Pedro. These directions should put you on Ocean Blvd. where you will eventually cross over theVincent Thomas Bridge to San Pedro. After crossing over the bridge, take the Harbor Blvd. exit and turn right at the bottom of the off-ramp onto Harbor Blvd. Travel south 2 miles and you will find the marina about a half mile beyond the light at 22nd Street, where Harbor Blvd. changes into Miner Street.
Cabrillo Way Marina is located 1.5 NM northwest of Los Angeles Light, on the east side of the West Channel in Watchorn Basin.
